Our goal is to create the best possible product for your company or organization.  To help us achieve that, the following steps are taken.

The Setup

In this stage, we ask that you provide us with some general information about you and your company to help us have a better understanding of what it is that you would like us to create, as well as information about your timeline.  

Research

Now we take the information that you provided us and create a profile for your company.  We take into consideration your competition, trends in the market, what sets you apart from others, your history, your future, as well as what it is you would like to become.

Prototype Design

We normally create one or two design variations depending on the project, based upon the researched ideas.  These designs are provided to you for your review, along with a brief description of what we were trying to achieve with the designs.

Finishing Touches

Following your review of the designs provided, we will either finalize the design that has been decided upon, or we will make any revisions that you have outlined for us to make.  If there were revisions, you will receive another design for your approval.

File Creation and Supply

For Print Material - Once the design has been finalized, we will provide you with high resolution or vector art of your logo as well as any specific files types or sizes you may require.  File types we are happy to provide you with are eps, ai, jpg, gif, png, psd, pdf or tif.  If you have special requirements, please let us know so that we can help to accommodate you and your needs.

For Online Material - Once the design has been finalized, we will begin creating the coding of your design, in the format required.  After all coding has been completed, the product with be provided to you for review and any revisions will be made as needed.

At this point, all required work on your project will have been completed, however, our services to you do not end as soon as your final installment has been paid.  We welcome continued communication after your project has been completed.  We are always happy to hear from you about how your new design is working for you, or if you would like to provide us with feedback.
